Climate Farm Demo is a unique pan-European network of Pilot Demo Farmers with its overall aim to accelerate the adoption of Climate Smart Farming practices and solutions by farmers and all actors of the Climate Smart Agriculture Knowledge & Innovation Systems. One of the first tangible outputs of the project started on the 1st of October 2022 is the release of this project website at climatefarmdemo.eu domain.
This website aims to connect, showcase and communicate most of the project outputs and results which will be created during it seven years long duration. The project website will be able to host more than 1.500 demo farms, around 4.500 demo events, and hundreds of climate adaptation and mitigation solutions covering 12 Thematic areas and practices in 10 Living Labs.
It will serve the project consortium as an online knowledge reservoir and will be used to connect the project with other topic-related EU projects, initiatives, and organizations, in order to achieve a common goal which is – achieving carbon neutral agricultural sector by 2050, thereby meeting the targets of the EU Climate strategy.
